New Vision Charter School

I was a bit disappointed yesterday when I found out Laurin and Laina's places on the waiting list at the New Vision Charter School. The school draws names with a lottery system once a year and puts everyone on a list. Laurin is #17 on her list and poor Laina is #76. The exact number of kids who will be returning isn't known at this time, so Laurin might actually get in. That would put Laina on a different preference list for kids who have siblings in the school. It is out of my control, but I really wanted Laina to be able to attend that school. I'll just have to wait patiently and trust in the Lord.
